

I was a bit disappointed as I finished Shock. It is much blander than Lock as there really isn’t much coloring. I also discovered that the models were not originally proportionate. So, Shock is a bit bitter than both of the other masks. I don’t think it is too much of a concern.
As I mentioned in the Lock post, I discovered gluing up these masks was painful. For Barrell, I modified the model to have elongated blocks that were centered over the seams. This provided a clamping point. I needed to have the blocks run the length, or at least be at the edges and center, but the ones I added helped a lot.
Today was a productive day. I completed Shock and Kowalski. The latter will be posted tomorrow. I also did a bunch of work on barrel and started a painting project for the electrical box that will house the patio receiver/amplifier. More on that project when it gets done.
